Today I’m reflecting on something that comes up often—emotionally, spiritually, and physically—in the healing work I do:
True healing isn’t just about soothing the nervous system, easing pain, or restoring balance. Those are part of it, of course. But real, lasting healing—the kind that changes how you feel in your own skin—asks for something deeper:
Forgiving yourself for past choices.
For the things you did—or didn’t—do.
For how long it took.
For not knowing then what you know now.
Without this, healing can only take you so far.
It can bring you to the edge of change…
But to step forward, to truly release, that part must come from within.
You don’t have to be ready today.
